Railcar Technical Services Association (RTSA)
The Railcar Technical Services Association (RTSA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the continuing education of mechanical car employees in the railroad industry. It traces its history back to 1901, making it one of the longstanding professional associations serving railroad car-department personnel.
The association has carried several names over its history, reflecting changes in scope and a series of mergers among car-department professional groups.
