The Air Brake Association is a not-for-profit educational organization with the mission to educate, engage, and establish an open dialog to advance safety and, ultimately, the success of the rail industry. In addition to ensuring the ongoing preservation of vital technical information related to air brakes, the forum provided by the ABA has allowed for dissemination of knowledge and new ideas, both of which have played an important and integral part in the development and advancement of technology throughout the history of the rail industry.
