Multi-Level Pool Billing

Multi-Level Pool Billing (MLPB) is a system for processing charges for autorack prep-to-load services and rack repairs. It is modeled after the Car Repair Billing (CRB) system, which is used to bill for repairs to the car itself, such as safety appliances and wheelsets.
