AAR Circular Letter
Circular letters are the primary mechanism by which the AAR communicates with the industry.
Uses of circular letters include:
- To announce and distribute changes to publications such as the AAR Field Manual or AAR MSRP
- to solicit comments to proposed changes
- Announce industry Early Warnings or Maintenance Advisories and subsequent updates
